TeleCommunication Systems Receives $11.3 Million Contract to Support State of Maryland Department of Human Resources with IT Services

ANNAPOLIS, Md., July 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS) TSYS, a world leader in secure and highly reliable wireless communication technology, today announced that it has been awarded a contract to provide the State of Maryland Department of Human Resources (DHR)  with statewide Technical Operations Support Services (TOSS). The contract base-award term is three years with two 1-year option terms, which if exercised have a total contract value of $11.3 million.
