NEW YORK, June 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Morningstar Credit Ratings, LLC today assigned preliminary ratings for the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transaction COMM 2015-PC1 Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates (COMM 2015-PC1). The collateral supporting COMM 2015-PC1 consists of 80 mortgage loans secured by 147 commercial real estate properties. The preliminary ratings are based on information known to Morningstar as of June 22, 2015.
