AMERISAFE Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

DERIDDER, La., June 03, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AMERISAFE, Inc. AMSF, a specialty provider of hazardous workers' compensation insurance, today announced that Michael Grasher, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has resigned effective June 12, 2015. Mr. Grasher advised the Company that he has accepted a new position. The Company has initiated an executive search to fill the CFO position.
