Healthx Names Sean Downs as Chief Executive Officer

Healthx, the leading healthcare payer platform for member engagement and provider collaboration, announced today the appointment of Sean Downs as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Downs brings twenty-five years of experience in healthcare information technology, most recently from his tenure as Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Enclarity, which was acquired by LexisNexis in September 2013. Mr. Downs developed and executed the business plan and go to market strategy that produced a 40% compound annual growth rate over a five year period. He led all market facing activities of the company which ultimately led to customer relationships with 9 of the 15 largest health plans in the U.S. and 28 Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans. Prior to Enclarity, Downs ran the 300 employee Healthcare and Insurance division of FICO FICO.
