PVH Corp. Announces License Agreement with Accutime Watch Corp. for Van Heusen Men's and Boys' Watches in the U.S. & Canada

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

PVH Corp. PVH and Accutime Watch Corp. have entered into a new license agreement under which Accutime Watch Corp. will manufacture, sell, distribute and promote men's and boys' watches for the Van Heusen brand. Products will be sold throughout the U.S. and Canada, primarily in leading department stores, specialty stores and national chains. The initial term of the license agreement runs through December 2016.
