Continues Tradition of Supporting Local Housing
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) May 22, 2015
MB Financial Bank's Ann Arbor, Michigan-based Mortgage Division and Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley recently completed the rehabilitation of a home in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and turned it over to its new residents, a first-time home owner and her family. A team of more than 25 MB Mortgage employees and other volunteers spent six weeks rehabbing the house.
Phillip M. Miller, President of MB Financial Bank's Mortgage Division, said, "We're delighted to welcome this family to their new home. As a leading national provider of residential mortgage loans, we know the importance of home ownership. Helping a family become first time homeowners for the third year in a row is very special to our entire team."
Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley is celebrating its 26th anniversary, having renovated or built nearly 160 homes for the community it serves.
