Ensco plc ESV announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of US$0.15 per Class A ordinary share payable on 19 June 2015. The ex-dividend date for this payment is expected to be 4 June 2015, with a record date of 8 June 2015.

Ensco announced at its annual general meeting of shareholders on 18 May 2015 that the vast majority of shares cast were voted "For" all proposals in its 1 April 2015 proxy statement.
