FREDERICK, Md., May 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. SLCA announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common share. The dividend is payable on July 6, 2015 for all shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2015.
