PHILADELPHIA, April 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- FMC Corporation FMC announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 16.5 cents per share, payable on July 16, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2015.
