LISLE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Today, SunCoke Energy, Inc.'s SXC Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share of common stock, a 28 percent increase over the previous quarterly rate. The dividend will be paid June 10, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 5, 2015.

"This dividend increase underscores our commitment to returning capital to shareholders and reflects the stability of our business model and cash flow, which are underpinned by our long-term, take-or-pay agreements with minimal commodity risk," said Fritz Henderson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SunCoke Energy, Inc.
