For the third straight year, Chase earned top national recognition for its outstanding performance in consumer retail banking from TNS, the world's largest custom research company.

The TNS Choice Awards also recognized Chase as:

  • Best in Premier Banking nationally for the fourth straight year, reflecting its outstanding service to customers with more than $100,000 in assets
  • Best in Consumer Banking in the East region for the third straight year
  • Best in Consumer Banking in the West region for the third straight year
