AvalonBay Communities, Inc. AVB announced today that its 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held beginning at 8:00 A.M., local time on Thursday, May 21, 2015, rather than at the previously announced 9:00 A.M. There are no changes to the previously announced date or location of the Annual Meeting, which will be held at The Resort at Pelican Hill, 22701 Pelican Hill Road South, Newport Coast, California 92657.
