j2 Global®, Inc. JCOM, a leading provider of business cloud and digital media services, announced that the company's North American Customer Support organization won two 2015 Stevie® Awards in the Customer Service and Contact Center Team categories.

j2 Global's two honors included a Silver Stevie award in the "Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year" category and a Gold Stevie for "Contact Center of the Year" among tech-company support teams up to 100 agents.
