From the filing: "During the period from October 12, 2010 and October 18, 2010, DDV acquired additional 2,900,000 Shares through a series of purchases from authorized brokers for total consideration of $29,366,121.97 (including commissions) in cash paid from its working capital." Shares of Saks are up 25 cents to $10.51, a gain of 2.24% in early Tuesday trading.
