Janelle Frost Appointed Chief Executive Officer of AMERISAFE

DERIDDER, La., March 4, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AMERISAFE, Inc. AMSF a specialty provider of hazardous workers' compensation insurance, today announced that G. Janelle Frost, the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed to Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective April 1, 2015.

Ms. Frost joined AMERISAFE in 1992 and has served in positions of increasing responsibility including Controller, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President. Mr. Bradley will remain Chairman of the Board and become Executive Chairman. In that role, he will continue to be actively involved in the management of the Company.
