(NYSE MKT: EGAS) (the "Company"), a holding company operating local natural gas utility companies serving approximately 67,000 natural gas customers in six states, announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2014 financial results after the closing of financial markets on Thursday, March 12, 2015.
