PrimeLending Celebrates #GivingTuesday with Cowboys Legend Emmitt Smith

HTH, partnered with the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and Pro Football Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith to support the United Way's "Nine for 90" kickoff, held today at the Albertsons Casa Linda in Dallas. At the conclusion of the event, more than 100 PrimeLending employees rang bells for the Salvation Army and delivered meals for Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) Meals on Wheels to encourage community members to give back this holiday season. 

The day of service coincided with the third annual #GivingTuesday, a day dedicated to giving back and volunteering. #GivingTuesday has become an annual, national social-media-based effort on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, designed to inspire charitable giving during the holiday season. The idea came from "Black Friday" and "Cyber Monday" to establish a day to kick off the season of giving.
