Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust Announces Fourth Quarter Common and Series D Convertible Perpetual Preferred Share Dividends

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Nov. 11, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust RPT (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a regular fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.20 per common share for the period of October 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014. The Board also declared a fourth quarter Series D convertible perpetual preferred share dividend of $0.90625 per share for the same period. The dividends are payable on January 2, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 19, 2014.
