CVBF and its principal subsidiary, Citizens Business Bank (together, the “Company”), announced today that it plans to release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014 after the market closes on Wednesday, July 23, 2014. Management will hold a conference call at 7:30 a.m. Pacific time/10:30 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, July 24, 2014 to discuss the Company's second quarter 2014 financial results.
