Darden(DRI) Shares Get An Upgrade

Dennis Gartman recommended that investors buy Darden (DRI) on CNBC's Fast Money. Gartman is not alone in his bullish outlook on shares of the restaurant chain. Cowen & Company raised their rating on Darden from Neutral to Outperform. Darden restaurants owns casual dining chains Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and Bahama Breeze. Darden just made a new 52 week high ending the day at $46.39.

It looks like analysts believe that things in the casual dining sector are heating up. Gartman also rated Panera Bread (PNRA) as a buy. Cowen & Company upgraded California Pizza Kitchen (CPKI) from Underperform to Neutral. Tim Seymour is bullish on McDonald's (MCD) and Karen Finerman likes the price action in YUM Brands (YUM).
