WWT Considering Headquarters Expansion; Exploring Economic Development Programs with the State of Missouri, Missouri Development Finance Board and St. Louis County

announced that the Company is considering expanding its St. Louis
headquarters and has been in conversations with a number of state and
local agencies, including the State of Missouri, Missouri Development
Finance Board and St. Louis County regarding possible incentives.
WWT employs more than 1,700 highly trained employees with the majority
of them residing in the St. Louis and St. Louis County areas. The
Company has added over 300 jobs in 2011 including more than 100 at its
headquarters location, and sees the opportunity for further workforce
expansion in the months and years to come.
Currently, WWT is in the early planning stages for the potential
expansion of its global headquarters. As part of the expansion process,
WWT is looking to various state and county agencies for the traditional
range of support and incentives.
