Harris Interactive Names Al Angrisani as Interim Chief Executive Officer

Harris Interactive (NASDAQ: HPOL) today announced the appointment of Al Angrisani as its Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Angrisani succeeds Kimberly Till, who served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since October 2008.

Mr. Angrisani has agreed to serve as the Company's Interim Chief Executive Officer through June 30, 2012 and, subject to mutual concurrence, as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2012 and ending June 30, 2013.
