(NYSE: EXAM) a leading provider of independent medical examinations, peer reviews, bill reviews and related services, today reported financial results for the first quarter of 2011.  ExamWorks today also announced the acquisition of Premex Group, Limited, a leading provider of IMEs in the United Kingdom.
