Midas Medici Group Holdings files for NYSE Amex

Brazil-focused Midas Medici Group Holdings filed for a $19 mn IPO. The tech company is planning to sell 8.2 mn shares, 28 percent from insiders, priced $3 to $4 each. Look for the company to list under the symbol WATT on NYSE Amex. The underwriters haven't been announced yet.
