In a Form 4 filed earlier today, Cherokee Inc. (NASDAQ: CHKE) Chairman of the Board, Robert Margolis, reported that he sold 60,000 shares of CHKE on January 28th for an average price of $18.15.

The transaction totaled $1,089,000.

Mr. Margolis owns 283,087 direct shares and 135,000 indirect shares of CHKE.
