Stocks To Watch For June 12, 2017

• Wall Street expects Science Applications International Corp SAIC to post quarterly earnings at $1.04 per share on revenue of $1.12 billion after the closing bell. SAIC shares slipped 0.21 percent to close at $77.05 on Friday.
• Rio Tinto plc (ADR) RIO disclosed that it has received an offer from Glencore PLC to acquire Rio Tinto's Australian coal mines. Rio Tinto shares dropped 0.90 percent to close at $41.73 on Friday.
• Shares of DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. DFT jumped around 10 percent Friday after Digital Realty Trust, Inc. DLR announced plans to merge with DuPont Fabros. DuPont Fabros shares climbed 9.83 percent to close at $60.80 on Friday.

• Analysts are expecting Cavco Industries, Inc. CVCO to have earned $1.02 per share on revenue of $188 million in the latest quarter. Cavco will release earnings after the markets close. Cavco Industries shares rose 0.56 percent to close at $117.55 on Friday.
• Shares of Endo International plc ENDP dropped over 16 percent Friday in reaction to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's request for the company to withdraw from the market its opioid painkiller called Opana ER. Endo shares tumbled 16.62 percent to close at $11.49 on Friday.
