• Wall Street expects Conn's Inc CONN to report a quarterly loss at $0.09 per share on revenue of $430.16 million before the opening bell. Conn's shares rose 3.55 percent to $8.75 in after-hours trading.
• Analysts are expecting Acuity Brands, Inc. AYI to have earned $1.83 per share on revenue of $828.10 million in the latest quarter. Acuity Brands will release earnings before the markets open. Acuity Brands shares gained 0.03 percent to close at $204.06 on Monday.
• Acadia Healthcare Company Inc ACHC will replace Joy Global Inc. JOY in the S&P MidCap 400 on April 6. Acadia Healthcare shares climbed 3.62 percent to $44.41 in after-hours trading, while Joy Global shares rose 0.14 percent to close at $28.29 on Monday.
• Before the opening bell, International Speedway Corp ISCA is projected to report quarterly earnings at $0.45 per share on revenue of $143.44 million. International Speedway shares rose 0.54 percent to close at $37.15 on Monday.

• Analysts expect A Schulman Inc SHLM to post quarterly earnings at $0.30 per share on revenue of $581.44 million after the closing bell. A Schulman shares declined 4.29 percent to close at $30.10 on Monday.
• Kate Spade & Co KATE will spend more time negotiating a sale after receiving an offer from Coach Inc COH, according to Reuters. Kate Spade shares dropped 10.09 percent to $20.50 in after-hours trading, while Coach shares gained 0.39 percent to $40.78 in the after-hours trading session.
• Before the markets open, Alere Inc ALR is estimated to report quarterly earnings at $0.51 per share on revenue of $608.38 million. Alere shares rose 0.96 percent to close at $40.11 on Monday.
