• Wall Street expects Bank of New York Mellon Corp BK to report quarterly earnings at $0.77 per share on revenue of $3.85 billion before the opening bell. Bank of New York Mellon shares gained 1.67 percent to $47.00 in after-hours trading.
• Analysts expect American Express Company AXP to post quarterly earnings at $0.97 per share on revenue of $7.92 billion after the closing bell. American Express shares rose 0.31 percent to $77.73 in after-hours trading.
• Before the markets open, BB&T Corporation BBT is estimated to report its quarterly earnings at $0.73 per share on revenue of $2.78 billion. BB&T shares rose 0.65 percent to $46.50 in after-hours trading.
• Netflix, Inc. NFLX reported stronger-than-expected earnings for its fourth quarter on Wednesday. The company added 1.93 million domestic subscribers and 5.12 million subscribers internationally during the quarter. Netflix shares climbed 7.91 percent to $143.80 in the after-hours trading session.
• Analysts are expecting KeyCorp KEY to have earned $0.29 per share on revenue of $1.45 billion in the latest quarter. KeyCorp will release earnings before the markets open. KeyCorp shares rose 0.39 percent to $18.20 in after-hours trading.

• Before the opening bell, J B Hunt Transport Services Inc JBHT is projected to report its quarterly earnings at $1.01 per share on revenue of $1.72 billion. J B Hunt shares rose 0.05 percent to close at $98.03 on Wednesday.
• CLARCOR Inc. CLC posted upbeat results for its fourth quarter. CLARCOR shares gained 0.64 percent to close at $82.98 on Wednesday.
• Wall Street expects Union Pacific Corporation UNP to report its quarterly earnings at $1.32 per share on revenue of $5.10 billion before the opening bell. Union Pacific shares rose 0.22 percent to $104.00 in after-hours trading.
• Before the opening bell, PPG Industries, Inc. PPG is estimated to report its quarterly earnings at $1.19 per share on revenue of $3.56 billion. PPG shares rose 0.75 percent to close at $96.69 on Wednesday.
