• Wall Street expects Verint Systems Inc. VRNT to post quarterly earnings at $0.54 per share on revenue of $264.71 million after the closing bell. Verint shares slipped 1.62 percent to close at $35.15 on Tuesday.
• Analysts expect HD Supply Holdings Inc HDS to report quarterly earnings at $0.87 per share on revenue of $2.03 billion before the opening bell. HD Supply shares rose 0.66 percent to $36.50 in after-hours trading.
• Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. PLAY reported better-than-expected results for its second quarter, but issued a weak sales forecast. Dave & Buster's shares dropped 6.55 percent to $43.24 in the after-hours trading session.
• Before the markets open, The Valspar Corp VAL is expected to report its quarterly earnings at $1.45 per share on revenue of $1.18 billion. Valspar shares declined 0.23 percent to close at $105.51 on Tuesday.
• Analysts are expecting Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co HPE to have earned $0.45 per share on revenue of $12.64 billion in the latest quarter. Hewlett Packard Enterprise will release earnings after the markets close. Hewlett Packard Enterprise shares declined 1.58 percent to close at $21.86 on Tuesday.

• Before the opening bell, Francesca's Holdings Corp FRAN is projected to report its quarterly earnings at $0.18 per share on revenue of $109.16 million. Francesca's shares gained 1.38 percent to close at $13.99 on Tuesday.
• Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. AMD reported a public offering of $600 million in common stock. AMD shares dropped 3.54 percent to $7.08 in the after-hours trading session.
• Analysts expect ABM Industries, Inc. ABM to post quarterly earnings at $0.40 per share on revenue of $1.31 billion after the closing bell. ABM shares rose 0.21 percent to close at $38.99 on Tuesday.
• Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square disclosed a 9.9 percent stake in Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. CMG. It should be noted that the 2,882,463 shares position has an activist nature, as suggested by the 13D SEC filing. Chipotle shares gained 6.26 percent to $440.00 in the after-hours trading session.
