• Gap Inc. GPS reported a 2 percent rise in its comparable sales for June, while total sales increased to $1.57 billion from $1.54 billion. Gap shares gained 4.02 percent to $22.50 in the after-hours trading session.
• WD-40 Company WDFC reported upbeat earnings for its third quarter on Thursday. However, the company posted weaker-than-expected sales and lowered its revenue outlook for the year. WD-40 shares declined 4.05 percent to $111.20 in the after-hours trading session.

• PriceSmart, Inc. PSMT posted weaker-than-expected results for the third quarter. The company’s same store sales declined 1.9 percent for June. PriceSmart shares fell 3.88 percent to $88.00 in after-hours trading.
• Barracuda Networks Inc CUDA reported stronger-than-expected results for its first quarter. The company reported that CFO David Faugno will be stepping down and current chief accounting officer, Dustin Driggs, will replace Faugno. Barracuda shares surged 15.09 percent to $17.85 in after-hours trading.
• Apollo Education Group Inc APOL posted upbeat results for its third quarter on Thursday. Apollo Education shares gained 2.21 percent to $9.24 in the after-hours trading session.
