JCPenney Flirts With Double Digits

J C Penney Company Inc JCP shares are trading higher by $0.56 at $10.15 in Monday's session. It is trading higher for the sixth day in a row (four of which were ahead of its better-than-expected Q4 report), rallying 36 percent or $2.78 from its February 19 close ($7.32) to $10.

After a flat open, it immediately found support and so far has rallied to $10.08. It is attempting to post its first close in double digits since October 2, when it ended the session at $10.
