NQ Mobile to Hold 2015 Annual General Meeting on January 20, 2016

today announced that it will hold its 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders at 42nd Floor, Edinburgh Tower, The Landmark, 15 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong on January 20, 2016 at 10 a.m. (Hong Kong time). Holders of common shares of the Company whose names are on the register of members of the Company at the close of business on December 14, 2015 are entitled to receive notice of the annual general meeting or any adjournment thereof. Holders of the Company's American depositary shares ("ADSs") who wish to exercise their voting rights for the underlying common shares must act through the depositary of the Company's ADS program, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas. The purpose of the annual general meeting is for the Company's shareholders to consider, and if thought fit, approve an amendment to the definition of "Affiliate" in Article 1 of the Company's Articles of Association, as previously approved by the Company's directors.
