MS International Full-Year Profit Drops

U.K.-based company MS International PLC reported a 47 percent decline in its pretax profit for year. The company posted a pretax profit of 1.54 million pounds ($2.3 million), versus GBP2.93 million, in the year-ago period. EPS slipped to 8.20 pence from 14.6 pence. Its revenue slipped to GBP45.50 million from GBP47.13 million. The company's board declared a final dividend of 6.5 pence per share. The company also reported that it has acquired Netherlands-based company Petrol Sign B.V. from Lambooij Holdings B.V.
