Its revenue climbed to $344.74 million from $42.32 million. The company posted an operating loss of $184 million in the quarter, versus a year-ago loss of $201 million. Analysts were expecting a loss of $132 million. Det Norske's output jumped to 54,200 barrels of oil equivalent a day, up from 4,328 barrels, in the year-ago period. Det Norske recorded $319 million in noncash impairment losses during the fourth quarter.
