Youku Tudou Shares Trending Lower After Hours Following Q3 Results

Shares of Youku Tudou ADR YOKU are trending lower Thursday night following unaudited financial results for the third quarter 2014.

For the third quarter, the company reported EPS of -$0.08 on revenue of $180.3 million; missing EPS estimates by $0.01 with revenue in-line with estimates.

In addition, For the fourth quarter of 2014, the Company expects net revenues will be between RMB1.15 billion and RMB1.22 billion vs consensus of RMB1.21billion.

Lasty, the company also announced that CFO Ge Xu will resign.

Following the financial results, shares of Youku Tudou recently traded at $20.35 down 4.2 percent.
