reported better-than-expected fiscal first-quarter earnings. However, the company issued a weak forecast for the fiscal second quarter. Cisco shares fell 1.59% to $24.71 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting Kohl's

to have earned $0.74 per share on revenue of $4.41 billion in the third quarter. Kohl's shares rose 0.24% to $58.05 in after-hours trading. J. C. Penney Company

reported a narrower-than-expected third-quarter loss, but its sales were slightly below the Wall Street consensus. The company also posted flat same-store sales in the quarter. J. C. Penney shares dipped 5.28% to $7.35 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Viacom

to report its Q4 earnings at $1.68 per share on revenue of $3.90 billion. Viacom shares declined 0.18% to $69.13 in after-hours trading. Hasbro

and DreamWorks Animation SKG

are in merger talks, according to Deadline Hollywood. Hasbro shares slipped 0.54% to $57.16 in after-hours trading, while DreamWorks Animation shares dropped 2.19% to $21.88 in the after-hours trading session. Wall Street expects Applied Materials

to post its Q4 earnings at $0.27 per share on revenue of $2.27 billion. Applied Materials shares rose 0.25% to $22.55 in after-hours trading. Analysts expect Nordstrom

to post its Q3 earnings at $0.71 per share on revenue of $3.10 billion. Nordstrom shares slipped 0.33% to $72.61 in after-hours trading.
