received an unsolicited bid to be acquired for $28.10 per share from Endo International plc

. Auxilium Pharma shares jumped 37.17% to $29.52 in after-hours trading, while Endo shares climbed 4.34% to $68.00 in the after-hours trading session. Lennar

is projected to report its Q3 earnings at $0.67 per share on revenue of $1.96 billion. Lennar shares gained 0.31% to $39.25 in after-hours trading. Retrophin

reported that Marc Panoff will transition from his role as CFO. It also announced that director Jeffrey Paley has stepped down. Retrophin shares dipped 10.65% to $11.16 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting Pier 1 Imports
