reported a proposed public offering of 25 million in mandatory convertible preferred shares. Alcoa shares declined 0.73% to $16.27 in after-hours trading. Majesco Entertainment Co

reported a wider-than-expected third-quarter loss. Majesco Entertainment also announced its plans to explore strategic alternatives for the company. Majesco Entertainment shares tumbled 21.85% to $1.43 in the after-hours trading session.
