for $35 per share. Alliance Data projected the deal to add $0.50 per share to core earnings in the first year. Conversant shares surged 31.22% to $35.05 in the after-hours trading session, while Alliance Data shares rose 2.42% to $259.00 in after-hours trading. Sportsman's Warehouse Holdings

reported stronger-than-expected fiscal second-quarter results. Sportsman's Warehouse shares jumped 7.62% to $6.50 in after-hours trading.
