Wall Street expects Acuity Brands (NYSE: AYI) to report its Q3 earnings at $1.12 per share on revenue of $609.09 million. Acuity shares gained 1.42% to close at $138.25 yesterday.
Pinnacle Foods (NYSE: PF) announced Monday it has exercised its right to terminate the merger agreement with Hillshire Brands (NYSE: HSH). Pursuant to the merger agreement, Pinnacle is entitled to receive a cash payment of $163 million from Hillshire as a result of this termination. Pinnacle shares dropped 0.58% to $32.71 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts are expecting Paychex (NASDAQ: PAYX) to have earned $0.40 per share on revenue of $617.35 million in the first quarter. Paychex shares rose 0.85% to close at $41.56 yesterday.
Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK) reported that its CFO Mark Hawkins is leaving the company to become CFO at salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM). The company projected Q2 earnings per share at or above the high end of its earlier issued range. Autodesk shares rose 0.05% to $56.41 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect A. Schulman (NASDAQ: SHLM) to post its Q3 earnings at $0.66 per share on revenue of $627.50 million. A. Schulman shares climbed 1.71% to close at $38.70 yesterday.
