Wall Street expects Walgreen Co (NYSE: WAG) to report its Q2 earnings at $0.93 per share on revenue of $19.61 billion. Walgreen shares rose 0.14% to $64.40 in after-hours trading.
Sonic (NASDAQ: SONC) reported better-than-expected fiscal second-quarter earnings. Sonic posted its quarterly earnings of $0.07 per share on revenue of $109.7 million. However, analysts were projecting a profit of $0.06 per share on revenue of $110.3 million. Sonic shares surged 7.07% to $22.40 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts are expecting McCormick & Company (NYSE: MKC) to have earned $0.58 per share on revenue of $973.20 million in the first quarter. McCormick shares declined 0.04% to close at $67.51 yesterday.
Walt Disney Co (NYSE: DIS) announced its plans to acquire YouTube video producer Maker Studios for $500 million. Disney shares gained 0.44% to $79.84 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect Carnival (NYSE: CCL) to post a Q1 loss at $0.08 per share on revenue of $3.56 billion. Carnival shares climbed 0.62% to $40.25 in pre-market trading.
