Wall Street expects Zep (NYSE: ZEP) to report its Q1 earnings at $0.15 per share on revenue of $160.27 million. Zep shares gained 1.30% to close at $17.97 on Friday.

Liberty Media (NASDAQ: LMCA) offered to acquire Sirius XM Holdings (NASDAQ: SIRI) in a stock swap deal valued at $3.68 per share. Sirius shares surged 3.64% to $3.70 in the after-hours trading session, while Liberty Media shares fell 0.23% to $145.00 in after-hours trading.

Analysts are expecting A. Schulman (NASDAQ: SHLM) to have earned $0.47 per share on revenue of $571.90 million in the first quarter. A. Schulman shares rose 0.53% to close at $34.45 on Friday.

Longwood Capital Partners bought a 5.1% stake in Combimatrix (NASDAQ: CBMX), according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Combimatrix shares jumped 12.20% to $2.85 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts expect Sonic (NASDAQ: SONC) to post its Q1 earnings at $0.13 per share on revenue of $127.99 million. Sonic shares declined 0.60% to close at $19.72 on Friday.
