Sprint (NYSE: S) is preparing a bid for T-Mobile US (NYSE: TMUS), according to a Wall Street Journal report. Sprint shares surged 3.08% to $8.69 in the after-hours trading session, while T-Mobile shares jumped 8.65% to close at $27.64 on Friday.
Kayne Anderson MLP Investment Company (NYSE: KYN) lifted its quarterly distribution to $0.61 per share for the fourth quarter. Kayne Anderson shares rose 1.38% to close at $36.86 on Friday.
Analysts expect FuelCell Energy (NASDAQ: FCEL) to post a Q4 loss at $0.03 per share on revenue of $44.83 million. FuelCell Energy shares climbed 2.81% to $1.83 in after-hours trading.
