J.C. Penney (NYSE: JCP) will leave the S&P 500 index after the closing bell on Friday. J.C. Penney shares gained 0.69% to $10.15 in pre-market trading.
Wall Street expects Charm Communications (NASDAQ: CHRM) to post its Q3 earnings at $0.09 per share on revenue of $57.93 million. Charm Communications shares gained 1.37% to close at $4.45 on Wednesday.
DSS Technology Management filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) in the US District Court. Apple shares rose 0.19% to $547.00 in the after-hours trading session.
Accenture (NYSE: ACN) announced its plans to buy the industrial and embedded software development and services business of evopro group. Accenture shares gained 0.31% to close at $77.61 on Wednesday.
