to report its Q1 earnings at $0.16 per share on revenue of $344.22 million. Finish Line shares rose 1.78% to close at $21.20 yesterday. Adobe Systems

announced its plans to acquire privately-held Neolane for around $600 million in cash. Adobe shares fell 0.07% to $45.90 in the after-hours trading session. Accenture PLC

reported a rise in its fiscal third-quarter net income. However, the company lowered its forecast for the fiscal year. Accenture shares tumbled 6.82% to $74.75 in the after-hours trading session.
