Analysts expect China Sunergy Co (NASDAQ: CSUN) to report a Q1 loss at $1.01 per share on revenue of $67.00 million. China Sunergy shares gained 4.55% to close at $2.07 on Friday.
Cavco Industries (NASDAQ: CVCO) announced its plans to buy full ownership of Fleetwood Homes. Cavco Industries shares jumped 3.93% to $50.00 in after-hours trading.
Shares of Gannett Co (NYSE: GCI) dipped 6.05% on Friday after the company agreed to acquire Belo (NYSE: BLC) for $13.75 per share. Gannett shares gained 1.83% to $25.45 in the after-hours trading session.
