Wolseley Q3 Profit Increases 8%

posted an 8% surge in its Q3 trading profit. Wolseley's quarterly ongoing trading profit rose to 150 million pounds, from GBP139 million, in the year-earlier period. Its ongoing revenue gained to GBP3.23 billion from GBP3.05 billion. Wolseley shares closed at $5.14 yesterday.
