reported that its CEO, Douglas Bergeron, is stepping down. VeriFone shares surged 7.58% to $22.01 in the after-hours trading session. Yum! Brands

reported a 20% drop in its quarterly same-store sales in China. However, the company had projected sales to decline by 25%. Yum shares jumped 6.29% to $72.11 in after-hours trading.
