Wall Street expects Abercrombie & Fitch Co (NYSE: ANF) to report its Q4 earnings at $1.96 per share on revenue of $1.49 billion. Abercrombie & Fitch shares rose 0.92% to $49.50 in after-hours trading.
Hewlett-Packard Co (NYSE: HPQ) posted better-than-expected fiscal first-quarter results and issued an upbeat outlook for the fiscal second quarter. H-P shares jumped 6.14% to $18.15 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts are expecting Interpublic Group of Companies (NYSE: IPG) to have earned $0.53 per share on revenue of $2.07 billion in the fourth quarter. Interpublic Group shares surged 3.67% to $12.70 in after-hours trading.
Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (NYSE: KKR) has made a $75-a-share bid for Gardner Denver (NYSE: GDI), two people familiar with the matter said. KKR shares surged 3.11% to $17.89 in after-hours trading, while Gardner Denver shares climbed 4.91% to $70.78 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR) to post a Q4 loss at $0.28 per share on revenue of $1.91 billion. Charter shares rose 0.19% to $77.18 in after-hours trading.
