reported that its board is exploring a plan to split the company into two separate publicly traded firms. Demand Media shares jumped 16.71% to $9.15 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Tesla Motors

to post a Q4 loss at $0.53 per share on revenue of $298.90 million. Tesla shares rose 0.31% to $39.40 in after-hours trading.
